Scope of RoleThe DVA Engineer is responsible for Dimensional Variation Analysis and Tolerance stack up for ongoing and new project sKnowledge / Experience: 2 to 4 Years Area of Responsibility: DVA Engineer creates and maintains analysis models representing t he assembly process, tolerances, and CAD data used for the virtual assembly of a vehicle. He will be responsible for creating reports, communicating results, issues, and recommendations to the customer.Job Requirements:\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Should have experience in Body Components /Interior Trims/Exterior Trims Domains\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Should have good working knowledge of GD&T & Tolerance Stack up Analysis\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Should have good knowledge of GD&T Standard preferred ASME Y14.5\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Should have knowledge of 1D, 2D stack up & 3D dimensional variation analysis\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Ha nd on experience on Catia V5/Teamcenter VisMockup\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Hand on Experience in variation analysis software\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xe2\x84\xa2s TC VisVSA\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Basic understand ing of Kinematics\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Basic understanding of CAD and Design for Manufacturing\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Knowledge of jigs & fixtures used in Body Area preferr edEssential:\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Must have 2 year\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xe2\x84\xa2s experience in Dimensional Variation analysis domain with TC VisVSA\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Experience in using CATIA V 5/V6, Team Centre Engineering (TCE)\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Working knowledge of GD&T & Tolerance Stack up Analysis \xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Successful history of delivery with in the automotive sector\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Engineering knowledge of defined component(s) / system(s) design, function, performance, production & man ufacturing requirements.\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Excellent communications skills, ability to communicate at all levels\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2PC Literacy: Microsoft Project, P ower Point, Excel, Word etcQualification: \xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2BE/B. Tech in Mechanical/Production/ Automotive Engineering"
