Candidate having experience in Automotive Electrical domain Must be proficient in ECAD platforms Capital Logic and Capital Harness.
Expertise in wiring harness circuit schematics creation Expertise in wiring harness 2d drawing creation Selection of different grades of wires, Fuse that are used.
Knowledge of various types of electrical & electronics systems.
Good knowledge of Power distribution , Ground topology, Fuse strategy and Component selection Expertise on the various grades & types of fuses, relays, connector & terminals etc. Thorough knowledge of manufacturers of electrical components which will ease the work while designing circuits. Expertise in circuit simulation, load calculations, Voltage drop calculations, fault findings & design solutions for failures. Expertise in providing solutions for protections and safety in designs. Ability in technical guidance for prototype building activities.
Knowledge of DFMEA Good knowledge of Power distribution, Ground topology, Fuse strategy and Component selection Cable definition - assign circuits, define cable gauge, insulation type."
