Job Description
Job Title: Telecom Coordinator
Experience : 6+ Years
Work Location : Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai/Vizag/Kolhapur
:
• In-depth knowledge and experience of Telecom billing and local provision processes in an Enterprise environment
• Working directly with telecom carriers and internal customers on a daily basis to obtain quotes, place orders and coordinate installations to ensure the proper service delivery
• Experience with MACD (Moves, Adds, Changes, and Deletions) orders in a day-to-day environment
• Experience in Telecom Expense Management systems
• Oracle financials, Rivermine/Tangoe, Microsoft Office/Outlook, Advanced Excel, Power BI, ServiceNow
• Good understanding of MPLS/VoIP/TDM/DIA/SDWAN and any other Telecommunications Technology a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?80,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
