- Forecasting batches- strength, type, location- Conducting selection interviews- Ownership of three services- Model Training, Pageant Training, Portfolio Shoot- Sales process optimization - Analyze lead quality coming from different channels. - Coordinating with agency to monitor and evaluate ad performance- conversions, quality forecasting- Sales assets- creation and updating of the client pdfs, power points - Ensure customer satisfaction- Attending a large number of client calls and meetings on a daily basis.- Monitoring and evaluation of ad performance - lead generation, lead quality and all aspects. Job details :As the sales person, your job will start from reaching out to the leads generated from different sources. - You have to extract the qualified leads from the entire lot, nurture them and ultimately convert them. - The conversion does not just bring revenue but the larger goal is to train people who are driven, inspired and want to make an impact in the industry thereby creating a community of talented models.- The modeling industry for very long has been difficult to access, Wilderbee is on a mission to create structures, make this industry accessible and safe space for anyone who wants to enter the industry.- Therefore we are looking for someone who can relate to our mission and motivate people to begin their own journeys in the industry.
