Job Title : Tellecaller - Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam Location : Bangalore, India Salary : 28,000 - 37,000 In-handExperience : Minimum 1 year BPO experience with relevant designation Education : HSC/Graduate :About the Role :We are looking for 20 motivated and experienced Team Leaders (TL) who are proficient in Kannada to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a background in BFSI outbound sales, specifically in loans, credit cards, or insurance. Immediate joiners with excellent English communication skills are preferred.Key Responsibilities :- Lead and manage a team of outbound sales agents to achieve sales targets in the BFSI sector.- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly and effectively.- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service and effective communication.Requirements :- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO environment with a relevant designation.- Proven track record in BFSI outbound sales (loans, credit cards, insurance) is mandatory.- Excellent communication skills in Kannada and good to excellent English communication skills.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.- Immediate joiners preferred.What We Offer :- Competitive salary package of 28,000 - 37,000 in-hand.- Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing industry.- Professional development and career growth opportunities.- Supportive and collaborative work environment.
