Job Title : Tele Calling Support ExecutiveExperience : 1-3 yearsLocation : VaranasiRoles and Responsibilities :- Receive phone calls, and provide polite & professional communication - To make calls and explain about our company, product, and Technology. - To receive feedback from customer for products performance and satisfaction - To follow customer for review and suggestion about overall experience with the company. - Greet, assist, and provide support to office visitors - Handle and manage email, telephone, or in person inquiries - Organize and schedule appointments and meetings - Manage and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and faxes - Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning documents - Coordinate repairs to office equipment such as fax, printer, laptop etc. - Maintain and order office supplies such as papers, files, binders, printer ink etc. - Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner - Resolve administrative problems - Assist employees in data entry and provide administrative support as and when needed - A very good team player Qualification and Skills :- 3-5 years of proven work experience as Tele calling and administrative assistant or office executive or office secretary or in similar role - Bachelors\' degree in any area. Having additional certification in Office Management will be an advantage - Fluent in English and Hindi languages - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point) - Excellent organizational and customer service skills - Professional attitude and appearance - Ability to be resourceful and proactive - Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - We are hiring for one of our client!!If interested, please share your CV (ref:updazz.com)
