Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company for effective communication
- Use phone etiquette to engage customers and build rapport
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information
- Up sell products or services when applicable
- Enter and update customer information accurately in the database

Requirements:
- Fluent in Kannada/English
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
