Role Description

This is a full-time Telecalling role at EKALASAALA located in Hyderabad. The Telecaller will be responsible for making calls to potential clients, answering inquiries, and providing information about career guidance and training services. The role involves maintaining call records and following up with leads.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in telemarketing or customer service

Proficiency in relevant software applications

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Strong organizational skills

Fluency in multiple languages is a plus

Previous experience in career guidance or education sector is beneficial

Bachelor's degree in any field
