Job Summary:

The Sales Telecaller is responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and closing sales over the phone. This role involves contacting potential clients, understanding their real estate needs, and offering suitable property options. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, customer-focused, and have a good understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
• Client Engagement:
• Identify and understand client needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information about available properties, including location, pricing, and features.
• Sales Conversion:
• Persuade and convince clients to book site visits and close deals.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Maintain and update client databases with accurate information.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Coordination:
• Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for property visits.
• Market Knowledge:
• Stay updated with real estate market trends and developments.
• Provide clients with information on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
• Good understanding of the real estate market and property types.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
