We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Telecalling Sales Executive to drive sales and grow our customer base.

Job Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate new business leads through telecalling, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.
• Sales Pitching: Present and promote logistics services to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and follow-up communication.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Cold Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's services, qualify leads, and convert inquiries into sales.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM systems.
• Reporting: Provide daily and weekly reports on call activity, sales performance, and market feedback to the sales manager.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of services for new clients.
Requirements:
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in telecalling or telesales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Sales Orientation: Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals and meet targets.
• Problem Solving: Ability to address client concerns and offer tailored solutions effectively.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
