:We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to promote our products/services, answer their queries, and generate sales leads. Responsibilities :- Make outbound calls (attend inbound calls) to prospective customers using provided scripts.- Provide information about our products/services, answer questions, and address concerns.- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.- Achieve weekly/monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction.- Keep accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.- Follow up with customers via phone or email to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues.- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.Requirements :- Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu and Hindi.- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role preferred but not required.- Ability to learn about our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.- High school diploma or equivalent.Benefits :- Competitive salary.- Health insurance.- Opportunities for career growth and advancement.- Friendly and supportive work environment.
