2. Handle incoming calls from customers and provide them with information about our products and services.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and customer interactions in MS Excel.
4. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues they may have.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate appointments and meetings with potential clients.
6. Assist in creating and maintaining a database of customer contact information for future marketing campaigns.
7.
