Position Overview:Supreme Forex is seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecalling and Sales Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, guide customers through our services, and drive conversions. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets. This is primarily a remote position, with occasional in-office meetings at our New Delhi office.Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Explain Supreme Forex services, including currency exchange and outward remittances, clearly and effectively.

• Educate customers on RBI guidelines and compliance related to currency exchange and remittance services.

• Convert leads into customers by understanding their requirements and offering tailored solutions.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets by maximizing customer conversions.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM.

• Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and refine strategies.

• Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service roles.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills, with fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Availability to visit the New Delhi office once a week for team meetings or training.

• Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
