Job Title : Business Development Executive
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team, responsible for generating leads and driving sales growth through outbound calls to farmers for B2B and B2C sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to farmers to promote Krishidhan Agro's products and services.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Build relationships with farmers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
• Handle objections and close deals.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Postgraduate/Graduate degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in the agricultural industry or a related field.
