Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Provide information about cable and internet services offered by the company.
- Answer queries and resolve issues regarding service delivery, billing, or technical support.
- Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
- Achieve monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to handle customer objections and complaints effectively.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
