PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY \xc3\xbc Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services \xc3\xbc Handle inbound calls from customers with inquiries or concerns \xc3\xbc Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information \xc3\xbc Address customer queries and objections effectively to convert leads into sales \xc3\xbc Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers \xc3\xbc Build and maintain positive relationships with customers \xc3\xbc Document call activities, outcomes, and customer feedback in the CRM system \xc3\xbc Provide regular reports on call metrics, lead generation, and sales performance EDUCATION \xc3\xbc Minimum Education: - Graduate in any discipline EXPERIENCE & Skills \xc3\xbc Minimum of 2+ years of IT or related products \xc3\xbc Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred \xc3\xbc Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills \xc3\xbc Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6 days working 9:39-6:30 share cv Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: \xe2\x82\xb918,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Benefits:
