Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tele Calling Executive to join our team in Kottakal, Malappuram. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in tele calling, customer service, or a similar field. This role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, addressing inquiries, promoting services/products, and working towards achieving sales and lead generation targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls : Make calls to prospective customers, present the company's products/services, and generate leads or sales.
• Customer Interaction : Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism, addressing customer queries and providing relevant information about products and services.
• Lead Generation : Identify potential leads, qualify them, and schedule follow-ups or appointments for the sales team.
• Sales & Target Achievement : Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to calls, leads, or sales conversion.
• Customer Relationship Management : Maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and encouraging repeat business.
• Data Entry & Reporting : Accurately update customer information, call logs, and follow-up details in the CRM or database. Provide regular reports on call performance.
• Follow-up Calls : Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects or clients and track progress in converting leads to sales.

Key Requirements:

• Education : High school diploma or equivalent; further education in communication or related fields is a plus.
• Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in tele calling, telesales, or customer service.
• Skills :
• Strong communication skills in English and/or Malayalam (both verbal and written).
• Persuasive and confident in handling customer inquiries and objections.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and incentives.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls effectively.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
