About the internshipSelected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and sales opportunities.
2. Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their queries or concerns.
3. Maintain accurate and updated records of all calls and interactions in MS Excel.
4. Follow up with potential clients to schedule appointments or meetings.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
6. Provide feedback on customer reactions and suggest improvements.
