1. Conduct Outbound Calls:

2. Feedback Collection:
Utilize structured questionnaires or scripts to obtain relevant customer opinions and experiences.
Ensure feedback is gathered in a clear, accurate, and timely manner.
3. Record Keeping:
Maintain detailed records of customer feedback and interactions.
Update and manage databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
4. Customer Interaction:
Handle calls in a professional and courteous manner, addressing any concerns or queries from customers.
Provide a positive experience during the call, even if the feedback is negative.
5. Quality Assurance:
Adhere to company standards and protocols for outbound calling and feedback collection.
Continuously improve communication techniques and feedback collection methods.
6. Compliance:
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies during calls.
Respect customer privacy and confidentiality at all times.Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience or certifications in customer service or communication are a plus.Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle calls professionally and manage customer concerns effectively.
