About the internshipAs a Telecalling intern at Legal Education Awareness Foundation, you will have the opportunity to enhance your communication skills while making a difference in the legal education field. Your role will involve reaching out to prospective donors and partners through phone calls and emails. With your English proficiency in both spoken and written form, you will effectively convey our organization's mission and goals. Your familiarity with MS-Office and MS-Excel will be utilized for maintaining accurate records and tracking communication efforts.Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting outbound calls to potential donors and partners to raise awareness about our foundation.
2. Providing information about our programs and services to interested individuals.
3. Documenting call outcomes and updating the database with accurate information.
4. Sending follow-up emails to nurture relationships and secure commitments.
5. Collaborating with the team to develop effective calling strategies and scripts.
6. Assisting in organizing virtual events and webinars to promote legal education.
7.
