Roles and Responsibilities:
• Supporting Team Member in understanding customer requirements and closing sales.
• Supporting in a range of Credit Cards over the phone.
• Ability to learn about products and describe/explain them to prospective customers.
• Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication
• Set clear team goals and KPIs.
• Delegate tasks and set project deadlines.
• Oversee day-to-day teams operation and performance.
• Do regular performance evaluation.
• Communicate with team about their performance.
• Monitor team performance and reports on metrics.
• Motivate team members.
• Discover training needs and provide coaching.
• Listen to team member's feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
• Plan and organize team building actives.
