Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITES :

• Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels (phone, email, live chat, social media, etc.) in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure all issues and resolutions are logged.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Technical Support) to escalate and resolve complex issues.

REQUIREMENTS :
Work Mode- Work from Home (Target based )

Experience- 0 - 4 years can eligible

Off Time- 9:00am to 6:00pm

Language- Fluent in Hindi or Bengali (mandatory)

Qualification- 12th to Graduate can eligible
