Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our real estate team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, providing information about our properties, and scheduling site visits. Key Responsibilities :
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to inform them about available properties.
• Respond to inbound inquiries regarding property listings and services.
• Explain property details, features, and pricing to customers.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients.
• Maintain and update a database of leads and follow-up on potential opportunities.
• Achieve monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.
Requirements :
• Proven experience in telecalling or a similar role (preferably in real estate).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close deals over the phone.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Positive attitude and target-driven mindset.
• Minimum qualification: High School Diploma (Graduate preferred).
