:

? Outbound & Inbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound and inbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script and list.

? Customer Engagement: Engage potential customers, identify their needs, and offer solutions to address those needs.

? Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads and set appointments

? Data Management: Accurately record customer information and interactions

? Compliance: Ensure all calls comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications :

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other telemarketing tools.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
