A Telecalling Executive is responsible for promoting and sales of services over the phone to potential customers. This role involves identifying prospects, building rapport, and closing sales while meeting individual and team targets. The ideal candidate will be persuasive, customer-focused, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calls : Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to generate leads, introduce products, and close sales.
• Product Knowledge : Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate information to clients and answer questions effectively.
• Customer Interaction : Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-up and personalized service.
• Lead Qualification : Identify and qualify new leads from different sources such as inquiries, referrals, or marketing campaigns.
• Sales Process Management : Follow the sales process from lead generation through to conversion, ensuring all steps are completed and documented accurately.
• Customer Feedback : Record customer feedback, objections, and queries, and communicate these to the sales team or management for improvement.
• Record Keeping : Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Report Generation : Provide regular reports on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities to the sales manager/team leader.
Education & Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in service or sales is a plus.
