Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of promoting our products or services, generating sales leads, and scheduling appointments. The Telecalling Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales and achieving targets through effective communication and persuasion skills. Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.
Introduce our products or services to potential customers over the phone.
Identify and qualify sales leads and opportunities through effective questioning and listening.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
Handle objections and rejections professionally, and strive to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made and outcomes achieved.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure timely closure of sales.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or sales.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
Strong listening and questioning skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
Persistence and resilience to handle rejection and objections.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
