JD - Tele calling Executive / Business Development Associate
Responsibilities
Communicating with the leads from the provided database/CRM.
Sending Project proposal and relevant Docs and presentation through different channels.
Scheduling appointments - OMs, Direct visits, Site visits, Office visits
Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
Coordinating with the BDM team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Work focused to achieve periodical sales goals and contribute to the success of the sales team.
Submit daily work reports
Coordinate with CRM Data Admin for reporting and data in and out
Key Result Areas (KRA)
1. Outbound Calls:
Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest and book appointments for the Sales Team.
Ensure adherence to daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
2. Appointment Conversion:
Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of products/services to persuade prospects to agree to appointments with the Sales Team.
Strive for a high appointment conversion rate through persuasive and engaging conversations.
3. Lead Qualification:
Qualify leads by gathering relevant information about the prospect's needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
Ensure that appointments are set with prospects who align with the ideal customer profile.
4. Appointment Scheduling :
Skillfully manage calendars and schedules to book appointments at convenient times for both the prospect and the Sales Team.
Confirm and reconfirm appointments to reduce no-shows.
5. CRM Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, calls, and appointments in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Regularly update and clean the CRM database to ensure data integrity.
6. Feedback and Reporting:
Provide regular feedback to the Sales Team on the quality of appointments booked, including relevant prospect details.
Prepare and submit timely reports on call performance, appointment conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
7. Follow-Up Calls:
Implement a systematic follow-up strategy for leads who have not committed to appointments initially.
Nurture leads over time, building rapport and addressing any concerns to increase appointment conversion rates.
