Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our services and product offers.
• Client Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their requirements and offer appropriate solutions tailored to their business needs.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product service and other offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
• Follow-up: Diligently follow up with prospects and maintain a database of leads and sales opportunities.
• Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets by closing sales deals over the phone.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term collaboration.
• Handling Inquiries: Manage inbound inquiries related to our product, services, providing timely and accurate responses.
• Reporting: Maintain records of calls, client interactions, and outcomes in the company CRM system, providing regular reports on sales activities and progress.
• Engage with prospective clients over the phone to introduce our services.
• Generate quality leads through effective communication.
• Maintain a record of client interactions and provide updates on lead progress.
• Work closely with the sales team to support conversion efforts.
Key Qualifications:
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telesales or telemarketing or similar industries.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business or marketing is a plus.
Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong phone presence and the ability to engage clients professionally.
• Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
