Ashtamudi Wellness Beauty Salon is the leading name in the beauty and wellness industry, dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote salon services, bridal packages, and special offers. Handle inbound calls and provide detailed information about services, packages, promotions. Identify and qualify potential leads for salon services and bridal bookings. Maintain and update the customer database with accurate details. Book appointments for customers and ensure timely follow-ups for confirmation. Coordinate with the Front Office team for scheduling and managing client visits. Conduct post-service feedback calls to understand customer satisfaction and areas for improvement. Record and communicate feedback to the respective teams for necessary action.

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages required, e.g., English, Malayalam] Good persuasion and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using telecommunication systems and basic computer applications.
