Job Description
1. Outbound Calls:
Contact potential or existing customers via phone to promote products/services, gather feedback, or collect information.
2. Sales & Lead Generation:
Record and update customer information, sales, and call details in the database or CRM system.
3.Follow-Up Calls:
Follow up on leads, customer inquiries, or previous calls to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance sales opportunities.
4. Customer Retention:
Build and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and foster loyalty.
