The telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing product information, and arranging appointments for sales representatives. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a basic understanding of car sales and the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation:
• Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about available vehicles, promotions, and financing options.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for test drives or showroom visits.
• Maintain a database of customer information and update it with every interaction.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and after-sales calls.
• Address customer inquiries about car models, features, pricing, and financing.
• Ensure a positive customer experience by providing accurate information and resolving any customer concerns.
• Sales Support:
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into sales and assist in meeting monthly sales targets.
• Collect and provide necessary documentation from customers to complete sales transactions.
• Keep track of customer preferences and tailor recommendations based on their needs.
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay updated with current car models, features, financing options, and company policies.
• Educate potential customers about vehicle specifications, available features, and benefits of specific models.
• Record Keeping:
• Log all calls and interactions accurately in the CRM software.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead status and call outcomes for review by the sales manager.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales, especially in the automotive industry, is a plus.
• Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
• Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.
• Attitude: Positive, motivated, persuasive, and able to handle rejection professionally.
