Roles and Responsibilities:
• Telecalling:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
• Respond to inquiries and provide detailed information about the company's offerings.
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales.
• Sales:
• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective telecommunication and customer engagement.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales conversions.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Coordination and Reporting:
• Coordinate with the sales team for field visits or further follow-ups.
• Provide regular reports on call performance and sales progress to the manager.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a telecaller or sales associate (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).
• Fluency in [insert languages, e.g., English, Hindi, or local language].
