Telecaller/sales Executive
Job Description
•We are looking for a Tele Caller to make outbound calls, promote our IT products and services, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.•
•Responsibilities•
• •Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.•
• •Promote IT products and services.•
• •Generate and qualify leads.•
• •Answer customer questions and provide product information.•
• •Meet and exceed sales targets.•
• •Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.•
•Requirements•
• •Bachelor's degree preferred.•
• •Experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in IT/ Freshers also can apply•
• •Excellent communication and persuasion skills.•
• •Basic understanding of IT products.•
• •Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.•
• •Laptop required.•
