Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Explain and promote Artha India's services.
• Persuade customers to join our network.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Achieve targets for calls and conversions.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Telecaller or in customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Fluency in Hindi and English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
