We are looking for a proactive and motivated Tele caller to join our team in Cuttack. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing them with product information, and assisting them with any queries they may have. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle objections professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
• Inform customers about new products, services, or promotions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Follow up on leads and close sales where possible

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 +2 or any graduate
• Previous experience in a tele calling or customer service role is preferred
• Proficient in using telecommunication systems and CRM software
• Strong verbal communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and English
• Ability to handle rejections and remain professional
