Job Summary:

The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone according to the CRM status, promote our products/services along with backed office work. The ideal candidate should be able to effectively communicate, persuade, and follow up with leads to meet sales or outreach goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.

Respond to incoming inquiries via phone or email.

Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and follow-up actions.

Achieve daily/weekly call targets and assist in generating leads.

Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.

Update the CRM system with accurate information.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent or +2 ( intermediate)

Proven experience in a telecaller or similar role is a plus.

Strong verbal communication skills in English ,Telugu, Hindi will be a plus

Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
