Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Conduct targeted outbound calls to potential clients, introducing cloud services and IT solutions.

Qualify leads through structured conversations to identify client needs and business opportunities.

Client Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Provide information and address inquiries about digital transformation solutions and software offerings.

Sales Support:

Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.

Maintain an accurate record of client interactions, feedback, and progress in the CRM system.

Market Research:

Keep updated on industry trends, competitors, and client pain points to position offerings effectively.

Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical clients.

Experience with B2B sales and knowledge of cloud services, digital transformation, and IT software (preferred).

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player.
