Job Summary
communicate with candidates during entire mobilisation-training-placement cycle
effective calling in student counselling mode is critical for the job.
calling existing and potential students to persuade them to take admissions.
accurately recording details of prospective students.
organize career counselling and career development sessions for students.
develop positive working relationships with faculty, administration, and co- workers to achieve desired goals, coordinate sales effort with team members & other depts.
Freshers with good communication (Bengali) & counselling skills are welcome to apply.
We basically require female telecallers and HR Recuriters from 18-26 years of range.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?9,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
• tele sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
• Bengali (Preferred)
• English (Preferred)
