We are basically a Telemarketing company dealing with many products and having distribution in every district. Our main office is at Vanross junction, Trivandrum.

Designation - Telecaller/Customer care Executives

No. of Vacancies - 15 Candidates

Package -8000+ inc.(for 1stmonth) -10,000 + inc.(2ndmonth onwards)

Gender - Females

Age limit- 18 to 35 years

Location - Vanross junction (Bakery junction), Ottukuzy Road,Opp. Variety marbles.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Listen to customers concerns, issues and questions
• Resolve to customers concerns and answer customers questions to your best ability
• Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers' complaints
• Open new customer accounts
• Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise
• Recommend possible products to meet the customers' needs
• Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary
• Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions

Preferred Skills

• Good verbal skills in malayalam
• Quick learners who can understand our business requirements
• Qualification - 10thpass /Plus 2
