Telecaller/admission Counselor
Job Description
Looking for candidates having experience of minimum 1 year in Admission Counseling/Telecalling/Selling.
Responsibilities
• Identify selling possibilities & customer needs
• Lead Generation
• Converting leads into admissions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about products & product promotions
• Interact with customers through visit, phone, e-mails & chats
• Deliver monthly sales targets
• Develop proper sales plan & determine the sales projctions
Requirements
• Experience: 1 to 2 Years (Preferable in Education Industry)
• Qualification: Minimum Graduate
• Must be knowledgeable about Tally
• Should be excellent communication skills - speaking & writing
