Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled female telecallers with an IT background to join our dynamic team. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients in the IT industry, explaining our products/services, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients within the IT industry.
• Explain and promote IT products/services effectively.
• Answer technical questions and handle inquiries related to our offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the IT industry and its current trends.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Efficient communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service, preferably in the IT industry, is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance
Contract length: 15 months

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?29,794.44 per month
