Designation: Telecaller for Riders

Location: Kolkata (Hybrid)

Salary: ?8,000 - ?12,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective riders to introduce them to our services.

Provide detailed information about the benefits and requirements of joining as a rider.

Answer inbound calls and address queries or concerns from potential riders.

Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-up actions in the CRM system.

Schedule appointments for interested candidates to attend training sessions.

Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth joining process for new riders.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.

Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with potential riders.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Bengali, and English.

Ability to persuade and convince potential riders.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
