We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential students and parents, providing information about our overseas education services, and guiding them through the admission process.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents interested in studying abroad.
• Explain the various study options, courses, universities, and scholarship opportunities available.
• Answer inquiries about visa requirements, admission procedures, and accommodation facilities.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Schedule appointments for in-person consultations with our education counselors.
• Collaborate with the counseling team to ensure a smooth transition for students from inquiry to enrollment.
• Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and student enrollments.
• Stay updated with industry trends, university rankings, and visa policies to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent communication skills in English and any additional languages.
• Knowledge of study abroad programs, universities, and visa processes will be an advantage.
• Strong customer service and persuasion skills to convert leads into enrollments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
