Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will engage in warm calling to potential customers, utilizing their communication skills to promote our products or services.
Responsibilities
• Conduct warm calls to prospective customers
• Communicate product information clearly and effectively
• Utilize Salesforce software to track customer interactions
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets
• Negotiate and close deals with customers
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Qualifications
• Min 1 year of experience into Tele sales
• Graduates & Undergraduate
• Good communication Need candidates from { B2C } Background
• English + Hindi
OR
English + Hindi + Lingustic (Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam / Kannada/ Gujarati / Bengali)
• 1 Rotational week off
Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ahmedabad
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,102.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
