Job Title: Telecaller - General Insurance and Real Estate Sales

We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Telecallers, specializing in selling general insurance products and/or real estate properties. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone calls to promote and sell our offerings. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell general insurance products and/or real estate properties.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans or properties based on their requirements.
• Explain product features, benefits, and terms to prospective customers effectively.
• Achieve sales targets and goals within a specified time frame.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve any issues, and secure referrals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to convince and negotiate with customers effectively.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Knowledge of general insurance products and/or real estate market trends is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma; additional qualifications in sales or marketing will be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?26,183.14 per month
