Telecaller
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to both potential and existing customers to introduce our company's services.
• Present and explain the benefits and features of our services to prospective clients.
• Address inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up activities.
• Schedule appointments for field sales representatives.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for call volumes and appointment setting.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies.
• Ensure timely and accurate updating of customer information in the database after each interaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
