Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone, promoting our products or services, and achieving sales or customer service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate outbound calls to prospective or existing customers. Answer inbound calls and provide information about products or services. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. Promote products, services, or special offers to clients. Record customer information and update databases. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times. Meet or exceed sales or customer service targets. Follow scripts, guidelines, and procedures during calls. Provide feedback to the team to improve processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers. Good knowledge of products/services being offered. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving attitude and a positive mindset.

Desired Skills:

Ability to handle objections and complaints effectively. Experience with sales, marketing, or customer service roles. Persuasive communication and negotiation skills. Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
