Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Telecaller with 2 to 4 years of experience to spearhead cold calling efforts and manage client relations. This role involves engaging with Investors to promote career-related products and services while updating clients on the progress of their investments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Student Engagement:
• Initiate calls to students, introducing career-related products, services, and counseling options.
• Understand student goals and recommend suitable solutions.
• Address inquiries about product features, benefits, and pricing.
Client Relations:
• Communicate with clients regarding the status and outcomes of their investments in career-related products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships by addressing client concerns and providing regular updates.
• Share insights, reports, and progress data with clients in a clear and concise manner. Database and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Segment leads and clients for personalized follow-ups and communication. Performance Targets:
• Consistently achieve or exceed call, lead conversion, and client satisfaction targets. Collaboration:
• Work with the sales and product teams to enhance customer and client experiences.
• Provide actionable feedback on customer needs and market trends.
Qualifications and Skills
• Education: a Bachelor's degree .
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer relationship management, preferably in the education, investment, or service sectors.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in [insert languages, e.g., English, Hindi, or regional languages] with excellent verbal and persuasive communication.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and telecalling systems.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to handle rejections gracefully, build rapport, and maintain professionalism.
• Target-Driven: Strong motivation to meet and exceed targets with minimal supervision.
• Multitasking Ability: Efficiently manage student outreach and client communications.
