Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Role & Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls to potential students and handling inbound calls

Follow up on leads and inquiries

Maintain daily order lists

Provide detailed information about our courses

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication in Tamil

Strong sales & persuasion skills

Basic knowledge of Excel

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience in Customer Service / Telemarketing (preferred)

Bachelor's Degree required
