Sales Telecaller - Weighbridge & Truck Scale (Only Female)

Location: Coimbatore

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 09:30 am to 06:30 pm

100% Target based - 4 Openings

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to potential customers across various industries (such as logistics, manufacturing, agriculture, etc.) to promote weighbridge and truck scale products and services
• Identify and source new customer leads and gather relevant information to qualify prospects for follow-up by the sales team.
• Engage in high-volume calling, aiming to generate a steady flow of inquiries and opportunities for the sales team
• Use excellent verbal communication skills to engage prospects and explain product features, services, and benefits effectively and understand customer pain points and suggest appropriate solutions to meet their needs, thereby generating interest and inquiries.
• Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
• Record call details, client information, inquiries, and other relevant data in the company's CRM or Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power-point).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0 to 5 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, or sales (experience in a B2B environment is a plus).
• Prior experience in cold calling or sales in technical products like weighbridges, truck scales, or related machinery would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Proficiency in Malayalam, Telugu, or Kannada (any two of these languages) is a strong plus
• Preferred married female candidates residing near Edayarpalayam, Coimbatore.
